21 February 2024, Portsmouth, UK<\/strong>\u2026 ITGL<\/a>, a digital transformation provider and Cisco Gold Partner, has been acquired by Conscia<\/a>, a European provider of mission-critical IT infrastructure within networking, cybersecurity and cloud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The move will see ITGL clients benefit from bolstered cybersecurity solutions and enhanced managed service offerings to support their increasingly complex network and cloud infrastructures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Conscia, the announcement spearheads the company\u2019s entry into the UK and Ireland. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Headquartered in Denmark, Conscia – also a Cisco Gold Partner – employs over 1,020 people across six countries serving more than 1,000 customers. These include five out of the six top Nordic banks and three out of every four hospitals in the Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With sites in Portsmouth and Oxford, ITGL\u2019s 70-strong team provides extensive expertise in collaboration, networking and cybersecurity across the UK and Ireland. The company\u2019s strong presence in the public sector – combined with expertise in the finance, law and retail industries – complements Conscia\u2019s focus on supporting clients with complex network, data center, cloud, IoT and mobility needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
