12 February 2025, Oxford, UK.<\/strong> ITGL, part of Conscia \u2013 a digital transformation provider and Cisco Gold Partner \u2013 has acquired Swindon-based Intuitive Systems & Networks (ISN), a Cisco technology solutions and services provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ITGL, part of Conscia, provides extensive expertise in cyber security, collaboration, and networking across the UK, with a strong presence in the public sector combined with experience in the commercial sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Complementing ITGL, ISN provides cyber security, managed network, and software-defined solutions, predominantly within the UK mid market space and to a number of public sector organisations. The acquisition will bolster ITGL\u2019s presence in the commercial sector, increase its capabilities and coverage in the managed services space, and strengthen cyber security offerings for both organisations. For ISN, the acquisition is also an opportunity to expand and accelerate opportunities for its employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Operating as \u2018ISN, part of Consica\u2019, ISN\u2019s  40-strong employees will continue to work out of the company\u2019s base in Royal Wootton Bassett, while running in close partnership with the ITGL teams in Oxford and Portsmouth, bringing the overall headcount for the newly merged organisation to 130.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The announcement comes less than a year since ITGL was acquired by Conscia, a leading provider of cyber security and networking solutions for mission-critical IT infrastructure in large European organisations, to spearhead the latter\u2019s entry into the UK. Since then, both parties have worked on a \u2018Fit for Growth\u2019 programme to help ITGL strengthen its market position and the ISN acquisition is part of this growth strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
