The envisaged transaction marks the largest acquisition in Conscia\u2019s history and is fully aligned with Conscia\u2019s ambition to become the pan-European leader in cybersecurity and managed services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open Line is a Netherlands-based cloud managed services provider who has built its business on advanced cloud and automation capabilities, as well as a strong reputation in regulated sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis transaction would not only add scale to Conscia Netherlands. It would significantly reinforce our pan-European leadership in managed services and reflect our strategic priority to scale Conscia\u2019s platform and capabilities in areas that matter most to our customers, namely cybersecurity, cloud, and digital transformation,\u201d says Erik Bertman, CEO of Conscia Group. \u201cOpen Line brings proven strengths in these domains, especially in highly regulated and mission-critical sectors. It is intended that Open Line would become part of Conscia under the leadership of Open Line\u2019s current management, reporting to Marcel Cappetti, Managing Director of Conscia Netherlands. This structure would ensure continuity for Open Line\u2019s customers and employees, while leveraging group-wide expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
