The technology industry is in a unique position in that we are able to drive digital transformation and technological advancement to actively improve our environment, and help companies and consumers to more intelligently use and save energy. We must strive to achieve this, while also continually improving our own sustainable practice.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Our Carbon Reduction Plan<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

At Conscia UK, we\u2019re committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2045. Our Carbon Reduction Plan (CRP) sets out how we measure, manage, and reduce our greenhouse gas emissions across all areas of our business. The plan outlines our baseline emissions, near-term reduction targets, and the initiatives we are implementing; from renewable energy and hybrid working to sustainable sourcing and our employee EV scheme. It reflects our commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement as we work to reduce our impact and support a more sustainable future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Environmental<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Ensuring that Conscia functions as a responsible and sustainable organisation is central to the way we operate. We are continuing to focus on reducing our carbon emissions relative to our business growth, helping to ensure that we remain environmentally responsible and sustainable even as we expand. By engaging a third-party partner to independently calculate our baseline annual carbon emissions, we are able to confidently and accurately calculate where we are on this journey, and how far we have left to go. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have already made a number of changes to operations that are having an impact, including implementing hybrid working policies for all employees, ensuring our offices are on renewable energy tariffs, prioritising sustainable methods for business travel, achieving at least 80% reuse or recycling of all cardboard packaging at our warehouse, and more. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Social<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Conscia in the UK actively supports the local communities in which it operates through financial contributions, volunteering, and direct project delivery. Such activities have included working with an NHS trust to implement a mental health crisis helpline, performing educational outreach including webinars and career talks, and sponsoring local sports clubs and teams. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have also partnered with local colleges to regularly encourage and support students into our industry, providing hands-on experience and mentorship as part of our Early Career Programme. Our employees are also encouraged to volunteer their time in community-based projects on an individual basis, and are supported in doing so through flexible working arrangements. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Governance<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Our commitment to good corporate governance is a prerequisite for being a valued partner to our customers and a trusted actor in society. We focus our governance practices on maintaining ethical business conduct in all aspects of our operation, with a focus on data privacy and cyber security. Our commitment to responsible business practices is a critical component of our ESG ambitions to continue to be a trusted partner to our customers and a trusted actor in society. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conscia has established a governance and corporate compliance program covering anti-bribery, competition, data protection, and trade sanctions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
