Pricing
The Workplace Intelligence service is priced based on your specific environment and requirements. Rather than applying a fixed per-seat or per-floor model, Conscia designs the service around four key inputs:
- The number of spaces in scope
- The outcomes you want to achieve
- The hardware you require
- Your goals for resource management
Once these inputs are understood, Conscia will issue a service contract structured around one or both of the following scenarios:
Pricing model 1
A full service model, where Conscia provides the hardware required for data collection.
Pricing model 2
A model that uses existing infrastructure, or is combined with the purchase of new infrastructure, to provide the required data.
Pricing is presented on a per-month basis, with the option to invoice monthly or annually in advance.
