Our early careers programme offers young people a range of opportunities, from work experience weeks and short-term internships to full apprenticeships that span multiple years. We’re committed to helping to support those who are just starting out in the industry and developing new talent with hands-on experience and mentorship.

Annual leave & sick pay

Conscia offers our full-time employees a total of 25 days of annual leave, and 20 days occupational sick pay, to ensure that everyone has the time and opportunity to be at their best.
