Modern Slavery Statement
Introduction
This statement sets out the steps Conscia Technologies Limited trading as Conscia Ireland has taken during the financial year 2025-26 to prevent modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking and other forms of labour exploitation within our business and supply chains.
Conscia Ireland is committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly and with integrity. We recognise our responsibility to respect human rights and to take appropriate measures to prevent modern slavery in all its forms. We are committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking do not occur within our own operations or throughout our supply chain.
Our approach is informed by the principles contained within the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the International Labour Organisation Core Conventions, and relevant European Union initiatives relating to human rights, labour standards and responsible business conduct.
This commitment is supported by Conscia Group’s wider compliance framework, Code of Conduct and governance policies, which establish common standards of ethical behaviour across the organisation and this is confimed via our annual mandatory awareness training.
Our business
Conscia Ireland is a leading technology consultancy and systems integrator specialising in networking, cybersecurity, cloud, collaboration and managed services. We support customers across Ireland through the delivery of innovative technology solutions and professional services.
Conscia Ireland forms part of the Conscia Group, a leading European provider of cybersecurity, networking and cloud solutions headquartered in Denmark. Through our position within the wider Conscia Group, we collaborate with colleagues, customers and suppliers across multiple European markets.
As of July 2026, Conscia Ireland employs 151 people across a range of technical, professional and business support functions.
Our supply chain
Our supply chain includes technology vendors, software providers, hardware manufacturers, distributors, professional service providers and logistics partners located in Ireland, the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States.
We source products and services from both domestic and international suppliers and are committed to ensuring that our suppliers operate in accordance with high standards of ethical conduct and respect for human rights.
Whilst we consider our supply chain to present a relatively low risk of modern slavery, we recognise that no organisation is entirely risk-free. We therefore maintain appropriate controls, supplier due diligence processes and contractual requirements designed to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Factors contributing to our lower risk profile include:
- We maintain long-standing and established relationships with many of our key suppliers and service providers and seek to work with organisations that share our commitment to ethical business practices and respect for human rights.
- We work with reputable technology manufacturers, distributors and logistics providers that operate established governance, compliance and supplier oversight programmes.
- We directly employ our staff and maintain robust recruitment and employment practices.
- We experience relatively low employee turnover and primarily employ qualified professionals and technical specialists.
- We require key suppliers and business partners to adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct and, where appropriate, confirm that they have measures in place to identify and manage modern slavery risks within their own operations and supply chains.
Governance
Responsibility for overseeing modern slavery risks rests with the leadership team, supported by the People & Culture function and relevant business stakeholders.
Consideration of modern slavery risks forms part of our wider governance, compliance and supplier management processes. Where appropriate, modern slavery risks are considered during supplier onboarding, supplier reviews and procurement activities.
Any concerns relating to modern slavery are escalated and investigated under our Whistleblowing Policy and other relevant internal procedures.
Policies and Procedures
Conscia Ireland maintains a range of policies, procedures and controls designed to support ethical business conduct and minimise the risk of modern slavery occurring within our organisation or supply chain.
Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
Our Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy sets out our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. The policy applies to employees, contractors, suppliers and business partners and clearly defines responsibilities for identifying, preventing and reporting concerns.
Code of Conduct, Employee Handbook and Mandatory Awareness Training
Conscia Ireland’s commitment to ethical business practices, human rights and the prevention of modern slavery is embedded within our Code of Conduct, Employee Handbook and wider policy framework. These documents set out the standards of behaviour expected of all employees and provide guidance on identifying and reporting unethical, illegal or inappropriate conduct.
Modern slavery awareness is also incorporated into our annual mandatory awareness training programme, ensuring employees understand the risks associated with modern slavery and human trafficking, recognise potential warning signs, and know how to raise concerns through the appropriate reporting channels.
Together, these measures help reinforce our commitment to preventing, identifying and addressing modern slavery risks within our business and supply chains.
Supplier Code of Conduct
We expect all suppliers and business partners to uphold the same ethical standards through compliance with our Supplier Code of Conduct. This includes a commitment to protecting labour rights and prohibiting forced, bonded, compulsory or involuntary labour.
We also expect suppliers to take appropriate steps to ensure these standards are applied throughout their own supply chains.
Whistleblowing
Our Whistleblowing Policy encourages employees to report concerns or suspicions relating to modern slavery, unethical behaviour or potential breaches of our policies.
Employees may raise concerns in confidence and without fear of retaliation. All reports are treated seriously and investigated appropriately.
Due Diligence and Risk Assessment
We undertake due diligence activities designed to assess the ethical standards of suppliers and service providers. This may include obtaining information regarding their policies, procedures and approaches to labour standards, human rights and modern slavery.
As part of our supplier management framework, key suppliers are expected to confirm that they have appropriate measures in place to identify, prevent and address modern slavery risks within their operations and supply chains.
Where concerns are identified, we will take appropriate steps to assess and address the risks involved.
In addition, we periodically review risks within our own operations and supply chains and monitor developments in legislation, guidance and best practice.
Measuring Effectiveness
We are committed to continuously improving our approach to addressing modern slavery risks. We assess the effectiveness of our actions through:
- Periodic supplier reviews and due diligence assessments.
- Feedback and concerns raised by employees, customers and stakeholders.
- Monitoring developments in legislation, guidance and industry best practice.
- Ongoing review and enhancement of policies, controls and governance arrangements.
- Annual completion rates for mandatory awareness training.
We recognise that modern slavery remains a complex global issue and acknowledge the importance of continuous improvement. As part of this commitment, we will:
- Continue to review and strengthen our policies and procedures.
- Work with industry partners and stakeholders to share best practice.
- Engage with suppliers to support responsible business conduct.
- Continue to assess and improve visibility of risks within our supply chain.
Training and Awareness
Conscia Ireland recognises that employee awareness plays an important role in identifying and preventing modern slavery and human trafficking risks.
All employees are required to complete annual mandatory awareness training as part of our wider compliance and governance programme. This training reinforces our expectations regarding ethical business conduct, respect for human rights, responsible workplace behaviour, and the reporting of concerns. Employees are also reminded of the reporting mechanisms available to them, including escalation through management and the Company’s Whistleblowing Policy.
Through ongoing training and awareness initiatives, we seek to ensure that employees understand their responsibilities, recognise potential indicators of unethical practices, and contribute to maintaining a culture of integrity, accountability and responsible business conduct across our organisation.
