Catering for your needs

Several of our clients have requirements for occasional consultancy, administration and enhancement on systems within our core competencies. Often, the level of service required is difficult to forecast. Conscia offers open-ended draw-down contracts to help cater for this uncertainty.

Clients purchase a set number of service days at an agreed rate. The client may then utilise those days at short notice, whenever a need arises. This arrangement provides clients with the assurance of knowing that appropriately skilled personnel are available when needed.

Whenever possible, we arrange our engineering activities to avoid disrupting your day-to-day operations. To help achieve this, our engineers are available for out-of-hours operations.
