How it works
Data-led approach
Our Workplace Intelligence service is not about deploying new technology. It is about collecting the data needed to support the decisions you are already making, but with better insight.
Once we identify the decisions you want to make, we collect data from multiple sources: where sensors already exist, we use them; where they do not, we provide the required hardware as part of the service. We also integrate with systems such as Outlook, Gmail, Cisco Spaces, and supported Building Management Systems to ensure we have the full picture.
The Conscia platform
The data we collect only has value when it is brought together and understood. The Conscia platform is central to this. Built in partnership with UMA, our platform creates a virtual map of your workplace and then populates it with live information captured from your various devices and integrations.
For general users, the map enables real-time decisions on how to use space. For admin and facilities teams, it supports both immediate actions and deeper analysis. Custom dashboards and reports turn historical data into a clear view of building use, highlighting trends and informing more strategic, long-term decisions.
Managed service
The Workplace Intelligence offer is delivered as a service, with Conscia taking an active and accountable role. As well as maintaining the Conscia platform and all provided hardware, the Conscia team will provide quarterly service reviews, where an expert analyses your data, adds context, and delivers clear recommendations aligned to your desired outcomes.
Hardware
The Workplace Intelligence service is supported by data collected through physical sensors present in the workplace. For organisations with suitable network infrastructure in place, we can utilise the sensors present in video endpoints and access points to deliver this data without introducing new hardware. Otherwise, dedicated sensors can be supplied to work alongside the existing network.
Getting started
Because our service runs on top of your existing network, it requires no specific foundation or major changes. This allows for a fast, simple, and cost-effective deployment. For most clients, we recommend attending a virtual demonstration to better understand the Conscia platform and the insight that we can provide.
From there, our team defines the scope of service and provides pricing based on your goals. There is no minimum scope – you can start with a full building, a single floor, or even one space. You choose where you need insight, and we tailor the service to match.
