The challenge
- Anglo-Eastern wanted to simplify the management of their European sites through a single platform, preferably using a cloud-based system.
- The solution needed to accommodate existing PSTN agreements in-country, and align with prior investments that the Asian head office had made in Cisco on-prem technology.
- Flexibility was also a key focus – with minimal on-site IT resources, the European sites needed to be able to be managed remotely, from a central location.
Outcomes
- Central management of all sites using the Webex Control Hub, enabling IT services to operate from a single location. The solution has currently been deployed in six European sites, and is soon to be deployed in Canada.
