Webinar: Getting started with agentic NetOps

Agentic AI is moving artificial intelligence from conversation to action. While traditional AI solutions answer questions and generate content, AI agents can retrieve information, carry out tasks and interact with systems on behalf of users. The more responsibility we give these agents, the more important it becomes to maintain control over security, data and infrastructure.

Webinar: Getting started with agentic NetOps – featured image

Conscia has helped clients develop and implement AI agents to automate tasks, streamline workflows and reduce the workload for specialists. However, this new technology also raises important questions: What data should agents have access to? How do you maintain control and ensure compliance? And what infrastructure is needed to use the technology safely?

In this webinar, we will share experiences from our own work and client projects and look at what needs to be in place to succeed with agentic AI. We will also show a practical example of how AI agents are being used to support network operations.

What you will learn

  • How do you stay in control when AI gains access to systems and data?
We look at identity management, access control and security when AI agents gain access to an organisation’s information and workflows.
  • What infrastructure do you need?
Should AI run on-premises, in the cloud or in a hybrid environment? We discuss the benefits and limitations of each approach, and what the different options mean for security, flexibility and cost.
  • Lessons from a client project
We share experiences from a project where agentic AI is being used in network operations. What challenges did the client want to address? How is the solution structured? And what have we learned so far?

Why attend this webinar?

The webinar provides a clear view of what agentic AI requires from your infrastructure and which decisions are important to get right from the start.
