Conscia offers outsourced IT infrastructure operations to customers who want an accessible and secure solution but do not have the resources or competencies to handle the operation themselves.

This means that through Conscia, you get access to operational consultants with long experience and heavy competencies within network infrastructure (CCNP + level). In addition, depending on the agreement, it is possible to have an operations consultant onsite, increasing understanding and collaboration.

Conscia Operations team

When operating our customers’ IT infrastructure, Conscia puts together a dedicated team that knows the customer and the customer’s installation. We establish a team with the necessary experience and competence to operate the infrastructure in the best possible way.

As part of the team is a Service Delivery Manager responsible for the team delivering as agreed upon. The Service Delivery Manager is also the customer’s primary contact regarding the service agreement and reporting.

Each operations team also includes the customer’s primary system consultant as well as 2-3 support consultants from the operations team, who solve any request the customer might have (Incidents and Changes) on a daily basis. A support consultant from the Operations Team attends all operational status meetings.
